1. Raw Materials
- High-density FRP fiberglass cloth
- Colored gelcoat resin

2. Production Process
- Prepare materials, cut fiberglass cloth, mix gelcoat and curing agent.
- Spread mixed gelcoat evenly inside the hull mold.
- Lay fiberglass cloth and brush resin after gelcoat dries.
- Add anti-corrosion keels, repeat cloth and resin layers 5–7 times.
- Wait 10 hours for resin to cure, then take hull out of mold.
- Join upper and lower hulls, install motor, rudder and meters.
- Fit battery, test boat in water tank for leaks and function.
